The idea
Price or Pass is an independent editorial and deal-research project. It does not compete with Amazon or sell products. When live deal links are introduced, Amazon UK will remain the purchase destination.
The purpose is to help a shopper understand whether a reduction stands up against recent Amazon pricing and comparable offers elsewhere in the UK. An observed Amazon monthly-payment option may be highlighted as context, but availability is personal and must be confirmed by Amazon.
How independence works
Future affiliate commission may be earned when a reader follows a qualifying link and makes a purchase. That commercial relationship will not change the published price evidence or the threshold for a positive verdict. Weak candidates should be rejected even if they could produce commission.
Current stage
The public research site and editorial methodology are live. Product prices and images will only be published once an approved Amazon product-data source is connected and can keep the information current. Until then, the site focuses on original guides and the standards the deal engine will follow.
